If you still have the app
Open Settings → Security → Delete account and confirm. It happens immediately — there's nothing to wait for and nobody to email.
Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data from SoloTrips. It can't be undone — and it isn't the same as turning emails off. If a quieter inbox is all you want, see emails below first.
Open Settings → Security → Delete account and confirm. It happens immediately — there's nothing to wait for and nobody to email.
Uninstalled, locked out, or never want to open it again? Ask here. We'll email a code to confirm the address is yours. The moment you enter it, the account is closed: signed out everywhere and unable to sign in again.
The full picture is in our Privacy Policy — data retention and your rights are section 7. Anything else about your data: privacy@solotripsapp.com.
Every kind of email SoloTrips sends that you can turn off, and where to do it. None of this needs the account deleted.
Confirmation when you add a trip, reminders before you travel, and the result when a trip is verified.
Chat requests from other travelers, group invitations, and community activity involving you.
Packing and checklist nudges before a trip, and the occasional round-up after one.
Product news, new features and the occasional offer. Nothing here is sent unless you ask for it.
Settings → Notifications → Email. Every category above has its own switch, and a change takes effect immediately.
Every one of these emails carries an unsubscribe link in its footer. It opens your email preferences with that category already switched off — press Save and you’re done, or turn the rest off too. No sign-in.
Locked out, or no longer have the app? Email privacy@solotripsapp.com from the address on the account and we’ll make the change for you.
Sign-in codes, password resets and billing receipts aren't on this list and have no switch — they're how your account stays yours. If you'd rather receive none of it, that's what deleting the account above does.
